We came here by chance with no reservation, the place was busy but the owner kindly offered us a table. We had amazing seafood pizza, artichokes and olives pizza and extremely high quality tiramisu. I have to say, it was one of the best pizza I’ve ever tried for. Really nice and tasty ingredients. The waiters were looking after us well. Nice music in the background. Enjoyed every moment of our visit and will defo recommend it for anyone who likes real Italian cuisine.

We popped in on a quiet Saturday it was the busiest place we could find and lively we got seated right away without a booking it was fantastic. I had the wild boar ravioli and I dream about it till this day best pasta dish ever was unreal, thinking I wasn't hungry enough for dessert had the chocolate cake and I wish I could've had more was unreal and loved every moment of the meals.

We popped in here after enjoying some pre-Christmas activities in Waterford city. We didn’t have a booking but it was no problem. Staff were very friendly and the food was really good, especially the pizza. Only downside was we were seated in a room at the back of the restaurant on our own as the front part was full so we couldn’t feel the ambience really and we arrived for an early dinner so that part of the restaurant was colder than the front. Aside from that, the food was very tasty. Pretty pricey I thought but the quality did not disappoint.

Excellent Food!! Had a 3 course meal with work colleagues on a busy December Friday Night!! Couldn’t fault the service even with a full house, very attentive and the food was amazing, 8 of us dined, we all had ordered different meals and each dish was excellent! I ordered the monkfish from the specials menu, and it was exceptional! Would definitely return!

We where in Waterford for a weekend and we ended up to the "La Fontana" by change and we were lucky to find a table because they had a last minute cancellation, other wise it was fully booked. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. We ordered pizza, and few starter. Our son asked a "Bolognese" and we had also 2 desserts. Everything was good and tasty. The bill was not so cheap, but we are talking about an Italian restaurant and the price is on the average for this kind of restaurant. Recommended.

We have often visited this restaurant over several years and always enjoyed it. Parking sometimes difficult but table service is good. They move premises at end of December to corner of next block.

Wonderful Experience. The room is cozy and welcoming. Staff are professional and knowledgeable but friendly. Service and food exceptional. Best meal in a long time. Will be back!

25/01/2025: We had dinner here on a Thursday evening we got 4 starters to share all delicious we opted for a basket of bread, garlic mushrooms, brushetta and garlic potato skins. For our main we got the mushroom pasta and pizza to share couldn't fault any of it waiters are so friendly and helpful we didn't feel rushed even when it was close to there closing time will be back again super italian food
22/12/2024: Excellent flavor and service! Fine dinning. Food is amazing and truffle beef paste is my favorite! The meat is soft and the sauce is just right! very good! Especially love the truffle beef spaghetti! Overall very delicious!

28/01/2025: I recently visited Brooklyn Restaurant Ardkeen and was thoroughly impressed by the lovely atmosphere and the extensive menu, especially the huge variety of gluten-free options. The gluten-free vegetarian pizza and gluten-free bruschetta were particularly standout dishes, bursting with flavour and freshness. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming ambience, making it a perfect spot for both casual dining and special occasions. The decor is modern yet cosy, which adds to the overall dining experience. While the staff was very friendly and attentive, they did seem quite busy, which led to a bit of a messy environment at times. However, their friendliness and willingness to accommodate dietary needs were much appreciated. Despite the minor issue with the busy staff, the overall experience was delightful, and I would definitely recommend Brooklyn Restaurant Ardkeen to anyone looking for delicious gluten-free options in a charming setting. Highly recommended!!
17/12/2024: I recently visited Brooklyn on the Dunmore Road. The restaurant was so cosy and inviting, and a beautiful Christmas vibe. The menu was excellent, loads of choice for everyone. I had the turkey and ham, and the salted caramel chocolate tart for dessert. Portion size plentiful, not meagre. If you're somebody that likes to be properly satisfied leaving a restaurant, go to Brooklyn Dunmore Road. Excellent value for money too, dinner, dessert, a soft drink, 2 teas, all for 31 Euro. Staff attentive ,friendly, without being intrusive, very pleasant experience 👌
