Great food, pizza pollo was delicious, would definitely recommend going very cozy interior

Cute little restaurant with a simple menu (completely sufficient), there is no pizza. Food was very tasty. Great friendly service. Unassuming and not very appealing from the outside, but that changes once you're inside. Highly recommended!

You have to look to find this little gem. From outside, I was a little nervous about having dinner there, but I am glad we did. The staff was polite and attentive. The meal was fabulous. The portion size was excellent. The prices were reasonable. Had a great dinner, that to all who work there.

La Piccola is a warm place with great staff and good food. We visited the Italian restaurant a couple of weeks ago. The ambience of the place is great and warm. Perfect for q quiet dinner. We unexpectedly had a colleague join us with their young child (not mentioned during our reservation). The staff were generous to accommodate us and were very patient with the child. The only complaint would be about the quantity of food portions (especially the seafood ravioli). It is not very filling. On the other hand the pizza looked good. Desserts were delightfully delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Italian tired of Irish cuisine?....refresh yourself here and you won't regret it. It is below street level. Better to book unless you arrive very early. Pasta all'aranciota and carbonara cooked to perfection!

La Piccola Italia is a really lovely restaurant. I'd recommend to anyone that wanted a genuine, tasty Italian meal. As well as staple pasta dishes, there's also fresh meat and fish on the menu. I can highly recommend the Prawns and Grilled Sole in particular, oh and the Chocolate Fudge Cake is the nicest I've ever eaten. If you visit Limerick, definitely put it on your visit list.
