Lab 82 Coffee in Cork

Omg! The food/coffee, the service, the atmosphere - everything about this place - was awesome! The best food we had our whole time in Ireland! We ordered the Let’s get Smashed with side of chorizo and potatoes to share. Was sooo good we went back two days running and the manager/owner was the friendliest host we met - 10/10. A must visit!

We had brunch here one morning during our stay in Cork after reading the reviews. The food was delicious but the portion sizes are too big. My wife just about finished her pancakes (which she got without the ice cream) but I couldn't finish my eggs forester. The coffee and in particular the hot chocolate were lovely too.

Best cookies in Cork! I love the pizookies too, I got one for Christmas and my birthday and they were divine. Absolutely delicious. Lovely, friendly staff, best bakery in Cork in my opinion.

My girlfriend and I have been going here a few times a year, mostly to celebrate special occasions, and we love the food here! Always a lovely place for a brunch, especially if the weather is good as they have a lovely outdoor seated area! Nice spot before / after a long train journey, too!

I recently visited Lab82, and I was super impressed so much that I wish I lived in Cork to visit more often. It's so good that i don't know where to start. The location is great just off the train station, the coffee was absolutely delicious, the food was superb! We had the eggs benedict, spicy bags, and pancakes. Everything was so tasty, cooked to perfection, and the presentation was amazing. The service was impeccable, and the owner overlooked that everything was on point and gave a special vibe with his cheerful personality. The decor is amazing. I love the ducks and all the colours and vibes matching perfectly. This is definitely the place to go once in Cork City, don't miss it.

If you’re heading to Cork, make sure Lab82 is at the top of your list. We flew in for a day trip and were absolutely blown away by this gem of a café. From breakfast to the rest of the menu, everything was thoughtfully curated and truly delicious — you can tell a lot of care goes into their food. I actually discovered Lab82 through Cassie Stokes on Instagram while researching where to go in Cork, and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere is welcoming, stylish, and buzzing with good energy. One of the real highlights was the staff — the owner was incredibly warm and gave us some fantastic recommendations for exploring Cork. Another member of the team, a lovely woman whose name I didn’t catch, was so polite and kind throughout our visit. Their hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend stopping by Lab82 if you’re in Cork — it’s a standout spot you won’t want to miss!

Just wow! food was amazing, you can tell they love what they do. Every plate of food that came out looked incredible and tasted amazing, best breakfast/brunch i have had in years.

Perfect breakfast & brunch cafe in Cork! Big tasty portions and delicious. Priced very well and family friendly. Will come back for sure!

Clean plates! Great service and menu, all day breakfast, delicious brownies 😋 and coffee ☕☕. Watch out for the opening hours (closed mon to wed) to avoid disappointment.
