Lady Gregory Hotel in Gort

Fair play to the staff in Lady Gregory hotel, helping out people who have no power and no water, My sons were delighted to get a shower. The staff were lovely and very kind and helpful. Well done Lady Gregory Hotel. Highly recommend.

This will be a very difficult review done in extremely difficult circumstances as in the worst storm in Irish history. With no electricity or heating we contacted the hotel and explained we are 3 adults one with serious disability. They immediately offered us a room for a nominal fee. We have been here 4 days and we are blown away with the hospitality friendship and help offered to us. They have opened thier doors to the entire community for showering phone charging catering but most importantly a safe warm spot. There are two many names to mention so we offer our sincere thanks to the O Grady Family and the entire team. We have all heard of businesses price gouging in this disaster but this family is a credit to themselves. Please support this business going forward. Just to finish it's a beautiful old worldly elegant building with a fantastic leisure centre. God bless you all

Absolutely incredible hotel, very polite and pleasant staff and a completely charming wooded and rustic interior. Place visited out of season and the service is well worth it, swimming pool and sauna available and bath option plus separate shower in the rooms. The pub attached to the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the included breakfast has lots of delicious options. The hotel is also located near the expressway, the magnificent Coole Park, just 9 minutes away for a walk in the forest filled with gigantic conifers. To visit and well positioned, I recommend wholeheartedly.

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. A little old fashioned but beautifully designed. pool and changing area a bit cramped but still enjoyable.

I was there with my wife and two kids and we really enjoyed it. Hotel is well organised, spacious rooms, clean, warm. Leisure center is very good, it has all you need to relax. Breakfast is very generous, restaurant serves food until late and it's very good so you don't need to leave the hotel at all :)
