Fantastic location but poor value for money. €494.60 for 2 nights (with parking), 2 guests.
On arriving to our first room we called reception as it was no bigger than a box room. Only a double bed and very little room to move. We were given a bigger room. However despite having the radiator on full and an extra plug in radiator on constant for the duration of our stay, our room was uncomfortably cold. Within two minutes of the shower running the bathroom gets flooded. We used bath towels to block the flow out towards the door.
We found the bar and restaurant quite cold also.
Despite staying during the middle of the festive season there was no real atmosphere in the hotel. The bar was almost empty. When we returned with 3 friends to the bar at approx 9.30 on Sunday night we were told that we couldn't order Irish coffees because the coffee machine was off. We left and went to another bar nearby.
Despite phoning enroute to ask about parking, we were not told of the closest/cheapest parking. We pid €4 per day extra and had to walk further with our luggage.
Overall our stay was ok but we wouldn't rush back.

Unfortunately my room was a little dirty, but otherwise okay. The cleaning experience was stressful, and they forgot to update my minibar.
Of most disappointment was the breakfast. The range of continental cereals and fruits was severely lacking, and although there was a fair range with the cooked breakfast, they can’t cook toast! They only did it on one side, and furthermore I could not do it on my own. They also failed to serve the tables in order. A decent effort but could improve.

Stayed two nights and the room was at the very top, above what appears to be the last floor. A few steps, just do you’re aware.
The toilet flush was broken and needed repair. It was repaired but broke again. We didn’t report for the second time since we knew how to make it flush but I’m sure they’re well aware.
The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and warm.
I’d stay here again whenever I come back to Galway.
Parking is 5 minute walk and very cheap with the hotel discount applied.

Close to everything, around corner from train station, food fab, checking quick and simple, ,would say bed a bit hard ,but apart from that was a great stay

Convenient location of the hotel, delicious breakfasts, large selection of products, friendly staff who immediately helps to resolve all issues, the ability to leave luggage before checking into the hotel.
Disliked · The windows of the room overlooked the internal "well", not very good soundproofing, you can hear water flowing and draining in the next room.

I have come here for breakfast with my boyfriend twice. The coffee is served in big cups and the food is lovely. I get the pancakes with caramelised peaches and my boyfriend loves the irish breakfast. Good value for money. The staff are very friendly, helpful and give efficient service

Excellent location walking distance to many popular locations, extremely helpful and knowledgeable front desk employees. Large room, comfortable bed. two fans in the room.
