The g Hotel & Spa in Galway

Very friendly staff. Everyone acknowledges and greets you. Enjoyable breakfast. Convenient underground parking. Loved the Thermal Suite experience , so relaxing! Would stay again. Thank you to the staff at the G hotel for a very pleasant stay.

A five star hotel in galway staff very helpful

Stunning, clean and spacious room. We got the pamper me 2-night stay and had breakfast, dinner and spa access. The food for both breakfast and dinner was some of the best I've ever had and came quicker than any other restaurant we've been to but the food was by no means rushed. During dinner, the staff were on the ball throughout checking in and making sure our wine was filled and delivering our food as soon as it was ready. One stipulation was being offered water but not told it would be a bottle of water costing €6. The breakfast has a fixed menu but the options are reasonable and we received a lovely continental selection with a choice of juice to start. The Spa was worthy of its 5 stars from the full body massage (our choice) to the relaxation room and Thermal Suite. The Espa is worth booking separately and the staff again are polite, professional and lovely to deal with. Again the entire experience this weekend has been amazing and WILL do it again.

Very good place and shopping near by

We had our wedding in G hotel. Valerie was brilliant. We had an amazing communication with her. There were not many of guests but the hotel managed to organise fantastic space for us. During the dinner they really looked after us and our guests. Very polite and professional staff. The room is very clean, spacious! Highly recommend this hotel!

It had been 25 years since I stayed in the G hotel and it was as good then as it is now. Everything thing was perfect,

To walk into G hotel wow. OMG amazing. Stayed 2 nights . We had evening dinner Staff seemed in hurry to get us out. Cleanliness of room, not good. Needs someone to check dust and hoovering of room. Spa......well going to wellness centre, a lot of things don't work at all. 6 beds there (heated).....NOT 8 to 10 People allowed in at one time. Some jets not working in hydro pool. Just disappointing but staff so lovely
