Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent cappuccino and scones, and a great bustling atmosphere. Very well priced for the quality on offer.

Just absolutely wonderful pastry. Wide selection and decent prices. Huge bonus a very clean bathroom.

They had several gluten free treats available. I got the coconut cookie (sorry, I forgot the proper name for it) and the blueberry muffin. One bite of the coconut and my mind was blown. And the muffin was so perfectly soft. I had originally intended to visit a different place for breakfast each day during my trip but um... Might have to stop by this place again. & maybe even buy up a few things to eat for my flight back 😹

had an oat flat white and the pistachio & raspberry cake. coffee is amazing but the cake’s texture is a bit disappointing for me - way too wet and dense, taste a bit bland

Edit: I really appreciate the answer, it's been a while so I might be mistaken about the frozen part, I'm choosing to trust you and sorry for the bakers (being a chef myself I know that kind of comment are hard, I was just really disappointed), I couldn't really remember the taste, I just remembered it was awfull. I'm sorry I didn't saw the answer back in the days. Now I move back in France but for sure I'll come back in Galway and give you another chance. Just in case I'll add 2 more stars in my original post _________________________ I expected it to be the quality of at least like a random bakery in France but it's not the case. My traditional baguette was obviously frozen, I can get the same one in Lidl Ireland but not at the same price. Don't know about the rest but I'm not gonna try after this.

Freshly prepared sandwiches in various variations, matcha latte, coffee, cappuccino,... and delicious pastries tempted us to Petite several times... We took everything to go and sat down by the river to enjoy it.

Delicious éclairs and tea. A few tables inside and out, and friendly and helpful service. A great place to enjoy a hot cup of tea on a rainy day in the heart of Galway.

I ordered a birthday cake ... I was really impressed by the helpfulness of staff on ordering and collecting, the quality of the cake itself and the value it represented.. top marks all round ...

Pedimos un croissant de almendras y una tarta de manzana, y ambos estaban muy buenos. La masa era deliciosa y hojaldrada. Aunque me hubiera gustado un poquito más de relleno de almendras.
