Le Petit Delice Limited in Galway

Excellent pastry shop/bar, we stumbled upon it by chance looking for a bar for a breakfast stop. The food is very good, a large variety of desserts and friendly staff. I highly recommend stopping for a snack.

Bonnes pâtisserie et bon café au centre ville de Galway, le tout à des tarifs raisonnables. La salle manque un peu de charme, mais pour une pause thé dans l'après-midi, c'est parfait.

Just visited for a coffee, but pastry and sweets option looked promising. Unfortunately we couldn't try at that stage any of these. Coffee was good, and staff was very friendly!

It was absolutely a treat. Delightful food, nice welcome and perhaps the tightest seating in what is likely the smallest cafe I’ve ever dined in. There’s much more room in their restroom. I was literally stuck in my micro seat with my tummy wedged by the table. I’ve never been so trapped since I was in Giza’s largest pyramid - the pyramid of Khufu with a breeze of 50c wafting through. We paid at the counter first and our order was in turn delivered to our micro table. We got two cappuccinos, an apple turnover, or as they put it, chausson aux pommes and an almond croissant. Everything was so delicious and the turnover was buttery appley exceptional. Sliding doors stuff as I’d been in another cafe 5 minutes away earlier that day that I thought I’d lunch in but the coffee it the other place - the separately reviewed Gourmet Tart Co - wasn’t good. Had I not tasted their coffee we would have lunched in the Tart place and not gone here. Some days are diamond.

Cafe looks nice, the pastries look very good too. It tastes less good than it looks, but still good. The coffee isn't bad either. Everything pretty mediocre, but nice atmosphere and location.

It is always busy and the service is one of the best with this quality the food and pastries is exceptional.
