Great place, so glad it reopened. Love going there - reliable and consistent good food and service. Very welcoming and has a good vibe. Great asset to local community.
Paul and all the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating on our stay here . I had the fish and chips and the fish was beautiful and the chicken wings were so good 😊 the decor of the lobster pot is so homely and cosy and so much to look at with all the different pictures and ornaments. Great atmosphere too. Will definitely be back 😁
We recently had dinner and drinks as a group of 11 at the Lobster pot as part of my mum's 60th birthday celebrations. Ciara our server was absolutely amazing and looked after us to no length and the rest of the staff were super too. The food was fantastic and everybody was very happy with their dishes. A little on the pricey side but the quality and quantity of the food justifies the price. Would absolutely recommend the Lobster pot for a group or date night. And Ciara deserves a raise for how fantastic she was.
I recently came to the lobster pot with my wife and friends for my birthday and what a joy it was!
To say we were looked after is an understatement, the food was 10/10 and service even better!
Can't wait to come back,genuinely!
Thanks to Paul and the team for making it so special .
good fresh fish. catch of the day always reliable. prawns excellent.
wine and beer reasonably priced. however some courses over priced. it's not fine dining and youre not in dublin and while wait staff are friendly and polite they are not professionals.
interesting old building. tv takes from atmosphere.
toilets clean.
good casual dining experience if you choose wisely.
nice place to sit outside in the sun.
