On top of that, they brew their own beer on-site, which is a real treat and adds a unique touch to the experience. We booked the function room upstairs for my daughter’s 18th birthday party. The room was so beautiful and Dan and Josh really took care of us making the event very special and inviting. 10/10 and have already recommended to friends. An absolute gem of a place with polished polite and professional staff that make the evening.

I booked here for my husbands birthday. A lovely warm welcome from the moment you walk in. Our waitress was really lovely. All the starters, from salad to potato skins were tasty. Mains and desserts were good too. Good selection of ipa beers and some nice wines.

Went to the garden area on a beautiful Saturday afternoon with my family. The garden area has a covered area and completely open area. It's mostly bench seating which was perfect. What was absolutely 💯 was the food. We had the Lock 13 burger, chicken chilli wrap and tacos. Everyone finished their meals coz they were sooo tasty. In addition we had a bottle of wine, Guinness and cocktails. Really good value for money and very friendly service. Looking forward to going back!

First trip to Sallins and booked into the Kildare Brewery tour, followed by a meal in the adjoining Lock 13 restaurant. Ryan was a brilliant guide on the tour - very informative and friendly. Lots of renewable processes where possible which shows they are an eco conscious business. We added the 5 tasting beers. Highly recommend both IPAs they were delicious! In the restaurant the atmosphere was great. Incredibly busy as well which is a good sign. Our food was good, my steak perhaps just a bit more tough than I'd have liked, but everything else was delicious. Would recommend the prawn starter and the broccoli as a side. Our servers were Caolon and Sarah who were so friendly and helpful. I have also never had a tastier espresso martini in my life! Two made by Caolon and Ryan. Amazing bar men. We will definitely be back on another trip!
