I've been ordering from this chinese for at least 20 years, and I miss the lovely young lady who used to take orders over the phone, now answered by a very stressed, gruff man. However, the food has always been consistently very good and always hot. Orders always very quick, will not change

Having lived the locality for a number of years now, I have tended to avoid / disregard this outlet of asian cuisine, following an initial unsatisfactory experience. But I decided to return this evening to give another chance, as it came recommended by revered food critic, R.H. Smyth. Smyth has refined his pallet through years of asian dining in places like Walkinstown, Crumlin, Terenure, Templeogue, Tallaght and further a field. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised and will now add Lok Moon back into regular rotation. In the words of another great food critic... A+++.

Pedimos escoger una mezcla de fideos, albóndigas de pollo y otros trozos. Sus bolas de pollo han cambiado y ya no contienen la cantidad sustancial de pollo que era solo rebozar con un poco de pollo en la punta de los dedos. Sus chips picantes eran de buen tamaño y sabor. El costo también ha aumentado y la calidad se ha reducido. Llevan 30 años haciendo pedidos y han notado el descenso en los últimos tiempos.

08/07/2025: The food was flavorful, fresh, and truly authentic. The staff delivered a consistently high level of service, their professionalism, coordination and being informative created a warm and inviting atmosphere. During my visit, I happened to chat with a lovely woman in the restroom who shared that she and her family have been coming to the restaurant for over 40 years, that kind of loyalty speaks volumes and as someone with an Asian background and having lived in Europe for over a decade, I can confidently say this place has set a standard that’s hard to surpass. The team was friendly, precise, and exceptionally attentive. A solid 10/10 experience.
19/04/2025: Shadow of its former self. Maybe they were just impacted by high demand from the RDS poker and adjusted but the place seems dated, the attendant not so good and the food was marginal at best. 3 is a generous rating.
