Wonderful stay here of 5 very comfortable nights. The staff are particularly helpful and food delicious. Thanks especially to Sachin who found a desk lamp so I could work at night.
A beautiful, quiet hotel in the manageable Newcastle West area. The lady at the reception is a wonderful employee; she helped with everything and was extremely kind. I've rarely been welcomed so warmly. We stayed one evening at the Longcourt Hotel as we were traveling further afield. We can recommend this hotel; everything was very good. There's also plenty of parking. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We hope you enjoy the honey 😘
We had booked a function room in the longcourt hotel for my daughter’s christening last weekend. I can’t speak highly enough about the service at this hotel. Siobhan, the events manager, planned everything for us down to the very last detail and was so helpful. Julie was the manager on in the room that night and she honestly couldn’t do enough for us, she was amazing! Even the bar staff on that night were so nice and helpful. A great hotel, with amazing staff and excellent service!
I spent a day cycling the Limerick Greenway last Friday with my 3 son's i contacted Tracy at the Hotel to organise accommodation, she could not have been more Helful, she also arranged to have our hired bikes delivered and collected at the Hotel, all the other staff were very helpful,definitely looking forward to staying again.
We had a very relaxing break in your hotel last week. We took advantage of the Over 55's Special and we were treated very well from booking to departure. All the staff we met were friendly, efficient and well trained and they ensured that we received a warm welcome.
The room was clean and well prepared and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the dinner on the evening of our arrival and we were impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast provided each morning. We will be back!!
A somewhat run-down hotel on the main street in need of renovation. The restaurant was large and noisy, but the food was really very good. Breakfast with toast and scrambled eggs was OK.
