L'Osteria Da Roberta in Galway

We were allowed to sit outside on the terrace with our dog. The service was sometimes a little inattentive, but the delicious food made us forgive it.

The pizza was light and the pasta was delicious. However, due to a miscommunication, I ended up ordering a large pizza and was incredibly full. It was an even happier meal thanks to the very kind staff member who winked and smiled at me.

We had the most amazing experience at Da Roberta's!! Truly magical place. The staff was so fast, lovely and helpful. The food was INCREDIBLE and the place was lovely decorated. We had a group booking and they went above and beyond to make it professional, welcoming and they even had the menus printed with our logo!. I will most certainly book again to bring people here because In my opinion it has been one of the best food experiences I've had in Galway. Thank you so much!

Accommodated us in the restaurant without reservations and the food was fantastic! The seabass and risotto was done to perfection.

After almost two weeks of Irish food, it was very nice to eat Italian. The pizza was surprisingly good. The carbonara wasn't bad, but it was very Northern European. But guys, what you call bruschetta is actually a mini pizza topped with fresh tomatoes. Maybe that's how the Irish like it, but as neighbors of Italy, we wanted a real bruschetta 🤣 The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Dopo almost due to the setting of Irish cuisine, it is also available in Italian. The pizza is a wonderful meal: it was a wonderful time. La carbonara non era male, ma era decisamente prepared in a stile molto northern europeo. Però ragazzi… quella che chiamate bruschetta è in realtà a mini pizza with pomodori freschi sopra. For those from Ireland, this is how, no, from Italy, they have a real bruschetta. 🤣 The camera is now very gentle and beautiful.

I’ve visited Da Roberta’s several times over the past year, and my experiences have been a little mixed. Some visits were excellent, with delicious food and a really enjoyable atmosphere, while others weren’t quite as memorable. The restaurant itself is beautiful, welcoming and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff have always been incredibly kind, attentive and friendly, which makes every visit pleasant. My only suggestion would be to refresh the menu from time to time. As an Italian restaurant, it would be exciting to see a few new seasonal dishes or chef’s specials added occasionally. I also think paying close attention to ingredient quality and consistency would make a noticeable difference. I genuinely believe this restaurant has everything it needs to be outstanding. It already has a great team and a lovely setting—it just needs a little more attention to the small details to make every visit as good as the best ones I’ve had. I would definitely return and hope to see it continue to grow and improve.

Delicious! We were 5 tonight and we all loved our meal. We highly recommend Da Roberta's ans we will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful meal at Da Roberta's Ristorante & Pizzeria. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and great flavours in every dish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. It's the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy your meal. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!
