Had an absolutely scrumptious meal here last night. It started with not one, but two complimentary starters. First was dates wrapped in ham and the 2nd was salmon cream cheese with cracker dippers. The service was great and the staff really friendly and attentive. The Chef Thomas and Manager Ann were on hand to answer any questions and ensure all guests were having an enjoyable dining experience. Fabulous menu and we will definitely be back.

Incredible restaurant Very welcoming staff A truly wonderful surprise during our road trip in Ireland. The French Michelin-starred chef comes to see you in the dining room and chats with you. Excellent ingredients for excellent dishes.

The chef is passionate and knows what he's talking about and it reflects in his food, for starters he recommended the quail, and I'm so glad he did, it was flawless. The use of black truffle in the risotto was great and the handpicked salad from their own garden cut through the richness perfectly. The steak was "Irish medium" and was probably the best steak I've ever tasted. I absolutely recommend getting the steak. Very relaxed atmosphere, you get your money's worth in the quality of the food, will come again.

We went to this restaurant late following a road trip and we're offered French onion soup or lobster. I ordered lobster and some of the party ordered French onion soup. The chef came to great us and rustled to to our meals which were the delicious.

Fresh vegetables and flowers grown in the garden, an extremely passionate chef, and exquisite french cuisine. We had the scallops, and lobster ravioli with the wine pairings as recommended by the chef. Will definitely be back!

This was a complete surprise! Great food. Good value. A menu that delivers! The terrine was fab. Soup excellent (matched my mothers). Seafood platter superb. Cheeses - really well presented. Wines - I guess they are not from around here! Love the idea that the veg is grown in the adjacent garden and to the chefs spec. Also really liked the way they are training up a young team from the village to do things just their own way. We will be travelling from Westport to this spot for sure.

Lovely restaurant with very delicious food beautifully presented Staff are very competent and helpful Highly recommend if you are passing by stop off you won’t be disappointed !
