Luca's in Letterkenny

Definitely would not recommend and highly doubt I’ll return, for start it is highly overpriced and food is just ok. Kids pizza was ok, steak sandwich was below average. Steak was overcooked, wasn’t asked how I wanted it, ciabatta was cold, over cooked onion rings piled on top finish it off. Then the chips, the worst ever, so undercooked. On a plus, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Busy wee spot. Great menu, service, and atmosphere every time we visit. Highly recommend Lucas.

Tried to find any restaurant for dinner around the town on a Wednesday evening, to no avail. Had almost given up when we discovered Luca’s. So happy that we did! Greeted and looked after by two young girls who were doing a great job. Ordered a pizza and sides between us and the food was served really quickly. Pizza to die for! It’s a very long time since I have had such a great, authentic style pizza that tasted this good. Service was very good. The kitchen is visible from the restaurant and appears to be very clean and well run. I don’t know where all the bad reviews have come from on Tripadvisor. Will definitely return here any time I’m in Letterkenny. Excellent👍
