I met two lovely women in Luigis today who looked after me and the group that I had with me. They chatted easily with us while preparing 13 portions for the group, and even had a few words 'as Gaeilge' with us. And what can I say about the food....there wasn't a crumb left behind. It was fabulous. Go raibh maith agaibh!

Luigis is the best chipper in Limerick. Love the atmosphere and staff are extremely friendly. Also so clean and the food is so fresh. The bacon cheese burger is the best there is. Luigis has been a big part of Limerick food scene for a long time and there is good reason for that.

Best fish and chips in Limerick…. If not Ireland! The fish is fresh and the chips are proper chipper chips! A must visit when in Limerick. It’s a great family owned takeaway that prides itself in its food and service!

Lugi's is the best chipper around. Have been getting it for years and got it for my husbands 40th birthday, which everyone loved and raved about. It's always fresh food and the staff are so friendly. The owner Lugi and son Tullio always have time for a chat and are very welcoming. 10 out of 10 for food, would highly recommend it. One word- SUPERB 👌
