23/12/2025: Dear Limerick Strand Team, I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I consistently receive during my stays at the Limerick Strand Hotel. From the moment I arrive, all of my needs are met with professionalism and genuine care. Whether it is providing extra towels, accommodating room service requests, or assisting with small items for my room, the staff always go above and beyond. Their attention to detail and willingness to help make every stay comfortable and enjoyable. I am especially impressed by the personal touches, including staff members remembering my last name, which truly makes me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Because of the outstanding service and warm hospitality, I would not choose to stay anywhere else in Limerick, Ireland. Thank you all for consistently making my stays so pleasant and memorable. 17/12/2025: I’ve stayed at the Strand hotel as part of a multi year company project taking place in Limerick and all I can share is that Strand has become my second home. I’m greeted warmly by all the staff, Antoni on reception is always a pleasure to deal with and knows me by name. The bacon served at breakfast is the best I’ve ever had. Beds and room are always comfortable and well serviced. Pleased to see the introduction of a “save the planet and skip the room clean to get €5 off in the restaurant/ bar” scheme. Dedicated hotel car parking underground is safe and secure. Night team on reception when arriving late or early check out are brilliant and handle everything with a smile - even told me about the option to request a take away breakfast in a box to take on my flight home! I look forward to seeing you all again soon
