Lyrath Estate Hotel in

Stayed here over February mid term for a little R&R with my daughter and we really loved it. The hotel is beautiful, staff are very polite and helpful, food was delicious.

Excellent stay, fabulous location a short distance from Kilkenny City. The food and service in both the Eden and Bar bistro f For dinner was amazing. Sean, the Operations Manager was very attentive and welcoming . Thank you for a lovely stay.

I had a fantastic meeting at the hotel prior to the event, followed by a beautiful dinner with all the staff and members. Everything was perfectly organized, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It was truly an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you to everyone involved!

I enjoyed the most wonderful stay in Lyrath. I loved every thing....the food, the room & the service...all was fabulous. The welcome, the chat & great sense of humour with Dermot, the concierge was outstanding. He gets my vote for concierge of the year! Thank you.

Hotel very positive, service was very good. I would recommend trying the cinema room which is great for couples or families.Dinner and overall food was very good. A warning would be children must leave the lobby area by 9 pm which it doesnt say anywhere online. A downside of the stay would be activities are very limited, the archery was very good however but thats basically what you are limited to. Also very small breakfast selection.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, nicest scenery I’ve seen in any Irish hotel as of yet. Staff couldn’t do enough to keep us happy. Rooms were really clean and nice. As soon as you walk in your bags are taken up to your room for you and check in is seamless. Would be back again in a heartbeat.

The staff are incredible, good food and fantastic settings, 10 minute drive into kilkenny. The room I stayed in was a little musty. The spa was great.
