The staff are amazing, very friendly, professional, and really friendly. Indeed, nothing was a problem. The service was exceptional !

one of the most outstanding B&B and dinner stays we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we had a sublime experience. Gary Blaithin Charlie Sharon and Tosin(not sure of his spelling!) were friendly professional and incredibly attentive to anything we needed without being obtrusive. The room and en suite were beautiful with gorgeous furniture and an incredibly comfortable bed. Dinner was outstanding with each course perfectly cooked and presentation second to none. Breakfast the following morning was also outstanding and very large! Thanks to everyone for an unforgettable experience!

Outstanding food experience and staff for an unforgettable experience.

What an experience. The food some of the finest food we have eaten, the atmosphere, the staff are all excellent. We enjoyed a pre dinner drink in the bar area. Can't wait to return. We only ate in the restaurant as we have a campervan and we parked less than 100 metres away at the rear of the GO petrol station

An impeccable experience every time.

Amazing food and brilliant staff

Everything was excellent. Myself and my partner had dinner bed and breakfast. We had 4 different cocktails each, they all tasted great. We had the dinner with the wine pairing. Dinner was so good, one of the best I've ever had. Service was excellent all the staff very polite and quick. The staff were very friendly and laid back. Rooms clean, really nice and comfy beds just not 5star rooms but still excellent. Morning breakfast was excellent the food was so good (especially the porridge ) and the staff all very friendly .The young girl that sat us down was very friendly and chatty. The lady at checkout was very friendly. Overall we really enjoyed out stay and we will be back for a treat again sometime. Disappointed we didn't get to meet Nevin as we are big fans but anyway.

Excellent service, from very friendly staff. Excellent food,in beautiful surroundings.The addition of the heated courtyard garden was a lovely surprise. All in all, well worth the 3 hour drive.

Very comfortable and well decorated rooms. Amazing staff who were very attentive. The food was spectacular, a real gastronomical delight. Neven, Amelda and the team do an incredible job. Looking forward to our next visit.

A Birthday to Remember at MacNean’s – Pure Magic My sister and I recently celebrated our birthday at MacNean Restaurant in Blacklion, and we can genuinely say it was one of the most special dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The whole atmosphere exudes quiet elegance — relaxed, warm, and full of charm. Every detail, from the décor to the perfectly timed service, reflects a place that knows exactly what it’s doing. The staff were exceptional — professional yet friendly, and it’s clear they genuinely enjoy being part of something special. And of course, the highlight was meeting Neven himself, who took the time to personally stop by every table. That thoughtful touch meant so much and made the evening feel even more intimate and memorable. Now, the food — simply out of this world. Each dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and perfectly portioned so you never felt overwhelmed, just continuously delighted. It was a journey of wonderful course after course, every one a highlight in its own right. MacNean’s is more than just a restaurant — it’s an experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special place to celebrate, or just to indulge in the very best of Irish hospitality and cuisine.
