Fresh food nice menu good atmosphere

The one vegan option was truly delicious, but insanely overpriced as is everything at this place. You're basically paying for the staff that are incredibly kind but it's easy to clock that they only treat everyone that way to keep people coming back, otherwise the prices would be simply unjustifiable, and already are... If you want to leave satisfied, you'll be spending a minimum of €30 per person.

We stayed a night in the guesthouse, so had dinner and breakfast here.. the food was exceptional. Service was fast and friendly and our table looked onto the sea! We couldn’t wish for more !

We chose Madenns quite by chance while passing through Bundoran. It was a wonderful surprise. The food is truly delicious (special mention goes to the desserts). And the staff is very friendly, with a typical Irish pub atmosphere, just the way we like it.

We stopped for a late lunch and enjoyed the delicious onion and sage soup of the day which reminded me of a French onion soup. My husband had the very fresh oysters. Great meal and friendly service.

Great pints and plenty of choice too

We regularly have food and drinks in Maddens restaurant and bar and have never had a bad experience. The food is absolutely fabulous they have a main menu but then add a choice of weekly specials so theres always plenty of variety. If you don't want a big meal they do offer loaded fries and wings. The staff are so friendly, efficient and very attentive. We generally book a table in the upstairs restaurant. The bar serves a large selection of craft beers spirits and amazing cocktails. To all the staff Keep doing what you're doing you're top class

Nice place with a good menu and good staff, the place itself was clean, floor could have done with a sweeping but have seen worse, Then came the food, Ordered adults fish & chips x 2 / kids burger & chips / kids nuggets & chips + 4 med soft drinks, there was no salad or garnish on any plate which made it look unapptizing but the worse was yet to come, The bill came to €81.60. I asked could the check the bill again but that was the actual price, We could have dined in a proper restaurant for less than that, That was our first time and deffo our last at Maddens. Is it any wonder there was very few in the place.
