Maddens Bridge Bar in Bundoran

A real hit. Incredibly delicious food. Expensive, like everywhere else in Ireland.

We stayed in Madden on 15/8/2025 and had a great time, the room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff are first class the bar was busy with live music playing but no problem getting a drink thanks to the professional crew behind the bar. Next morning the breakfast was excellent with a great choice I would have no problem recommending Madden's for an over night stay it's in a great location with a sea view with good car parking.

Had an excellent meal with great service in a lovely venue. Beef croquettes, mussels, fish burger, short rib all absolutely delicious

Fabulous, tasty fresh food. Attentive & friendly staff. This place has quickly gone to the top for our favourite place to stop for food or a drink in bundoran. Could not fault and will be returning very soon 🥰 10/10

We had a delicious meal there and can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant. We had a lovely table with a sea view. The restaurant is on the first floor and is therefore separate from the bar on the ground floor. Afterwards, we enjoyed a beer in the bar. We also stayed there overnight and can also recommend the B&B. The room was large, clean, and also had a sea view.

Probably the best food iv ever had, highly recommend. Never had a cheesecake like we had here.. 10 outta 10 Co. Meath visitors..

We regularly have food and drinks in Maddens restaurant and bar and have never had a bad experience. The food is absolutely fabulous they have a main menu but then add a choice of weekly specials so theres always plenty of variety. If you don't want a big meal they do offer loaded fries and wings. The staff are so friendly, efficient and very attentive. We generally book a table in the upstairs restaurant. The bar serves a large selection of craft beers spirits and amazing cocktails. To all the staff Keep doing what you're doing you're top class

Nice place with a good menu and good staff, the place itself was clean, floor could have done with a sweeping but have seen worse, Then came the food, Ordered adults fish & chips x 2 / kids burger & chips / kids nuggets & chips + 4 med soft drinks, there was no salad or garnish on any plate which made it look unapptizing but the worse was yet to come, The bill came to €81.60. I asked could the check the bill again but that was the actual price, We could have dined in a proper restaurant for less than that, That was our first time and deffo our last at Maddens. Is it any wonder there was very few in the place.
