Nothing like a lovely pint of Guinness while looking over the Donegal coast line. Beautiful place.

We are returning guests and enjoy the ambience, the hospitable service and the very good location of this accommodation. The quality of the Irish breakfast is above average. If you prefer a typical German breakfast with sausage, cheese and savory spreads, etc., you might miss out. But please ask, any wishes will be gladly fulfilled. The cozy bar is typically Irish and lovingly furnished. There is live music on Fridays. The restaurant is upscale and recommended. We are always happy to come back!

As a family we were all really impressed with the excellent customer service. The fish and chips were enjoyed by two members of the family, however we felt it was over priced , for what it was. I thoroughly enjoyed the fish of the day, which was sea bream. However the potatoes that came with it had been cooked and re-heated, which was disappointing and there were too few. Also it came with a type of slaw, but I feel that it would have been better with a vegetable side dish.

Mamma Rosa's Pizzeria

31/12/2024: Food not great at all very basic. We were expecting better because of all the good reviews. We got burgers and kids sausages with chips. The 1/4 pounder was burnt and the Vegan burger was cold with very little dressing and dry with no sauce. The sausages were OK and the chips to. Nothing special. If you're hungry it will do but we won't be going back again.( Maybe the pizzas are good).

30/10/2024: I had been to McGarrigle's five years ago on a college trip, and I had consistently excellent meals whenever I was there. Having returned there recently, I can say that the restaurant is as wonderful as I remember it being. The staff were all very accommodating, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The food was as great as I remember it being, having been very fresh and particularly tasty. My last visit had trips to McGarrigle's be too brief, but rest assured, I will make sure I return there more often on my next visit to Bundoran.
