Cool pub, nice bar, very attentive staff - I've never experienced a pub that is so attentive.

Lovely service, good food at a good price, and fantastic location. Located on a main walkway, Madigan's could charge exorbitantly and get away with it, but food is relatively cheap and pints come at a nice price. Well with a visit.

Popped into Madigan's O'Connell Street on Thursday evening for quick bite and a drink. Pleasantly surprised by the live music - the musician was happy to take requests and put his own spin on the expected, popular music and song choices. The bar staff were really friendly, service was good and the food is exactly what we were looking for. Tucked in pretty quickly as you can tell by the picture! Had a toastie, chips & soup and was exactly what was needed. Would recommend, especially if staying quite local.

Better places to eat without the food being bad... but obviously it could be improved. Cold chicken sandwich, lots of potatoes and a very hot and very thick soup...
