My mother and I stayed at The Green Hotel for two nights and it was really nice. The room was quiet, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff was beyond amazing! We had a situation and needed help. The staff and manager jumped into action quickly to help, and continued to help until the situation was resolved. They were amazing, and so very kind! In addition to the friendly staff, the hotel location was really good. Close to the green line, shops, restaurants, and was within walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at The Green Hotel again next time we’re in Dublin.

The Green Hotel in Dublin is lovely! We will definitely stay there again. Our room was comfortable and beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious! The Green is located right across the street from Stephen's Green and within walking distance of everything.

We stayed here for the last three nights of our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Rooms were clean and roomy. We had access to the executive lounge, which was fantastic!!
Front desk folks were very polite and helpful - We checked in and out in a breeze! Having St. Stephen's Green across the street was so nice!
The hotel is very close to shops and pubs and within walking distance lots of great Dublin places. We walked to Guinness and Temple Bar and many different restaurants. Was only a 5 minute walk through the park to get to the airport shuttle bus on the day we left. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dublin!!

We really enjoyed our stay here while in Dublin! Modern, clean rooms with plenty of space. Walking distance to so many Dublin attractions, right across the street from a beautiful park, and amazingly quiet for being in the heart of the city. However what really made our stay outstanding was the customer service from Lisa at the front desk! She was so friendly and professional and had amazing recommendations.

My wife and I travel four months out of the year and are met with the range of customer service experiences that you would expect, from good to bad,. So when I say the service we received from the entire staff at this hotel was EXCEPTIONAL, please believe it was unlike the attention we have experienced before. Five star. Solicitous. Anticipatory. Polite. Effective. Considerate. Helpful. Thoughtful. Kind. It was extraordinary and it made our stay very special. The hotel is charming and ideally located. Central to everything: transport, tour sites, many of the city's best restaurants, all while being in a quieter, less frenetic neighborhood. It is worth noting that we were in a wing of the hotel that was very well appointed and comfortable, but made room access rather odd. It was NOT a big deal, but we had to use either one flight of stairs (or one floor elevator trip) before passing through four doors to take a second elevator to our fifth floor room. Strange addition - VERY nice room.

We really enjoyed this hotel for a short stop in Dublin. It is close to many things, has a pretty good breakfast, concierge lounge, and the rooms are decorated nicely - particularly a very nice bathroom. Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Dublin.
