Have come here a couple of times over the past 10 months , and never fails to deliver, amazing food and service ......always.

At the Hill of Tara in County Meath, lies a spot that feels like it belongs in a fairytale, cafe & gift shop "Maguires Hill of Tara" You cannot talk about this cafe without mentioning their lovely staff. Eva, the manager is a lovely soul who give the best smile & warm hugs... only if you qualify for it 😉 It was a fantastic experience spending time after hiking the tara hill. Must try café in the whole Ireland 🇮🇪

The restaurant was very busy today, and although the staff were clearly trying their best, our server—a young woman—was somewhat abrupt and impatient. I ordered the steak sandwich, advertised as containing "steak strips." Instead, the sandwich consisted of small, scattered bits of steak on a modest ciabatta roll. While it wasn’t without flavor, the portion was surprisingly small—perhaps suitable for a child, but inadequate for an adult meal. A steak sandwich should feel hearty and satisfying, but this version was more starter-sized than a proper main.

As used to come here and get it only strangely cold pretending but it never should of and doesn't

Wonderful spot at the Hill of Tara. Food was terrific! Soup is authentically homemade too. Staff is ten stars. Thanks for the above and beyond hospitality! Well worth the walk ;-) With affection from the harebrained American tourists.

They do the best Ceasar salad… well worth a visit… staff are brilliant

Arrived last Fri at 2.30pm the place was very quite, I was told to sit wherever & then we had to ask for a menu 10mins ltr. We ordered eventually got our food then had to try & get there attention again for a pot of tea. Went up to pay & they had our table food order in a total mess eventually got it sorted but u need to get ur staff up to speed & get someone there to manage the staff. Nobody seem to know what they were doing. Worst experience in my life

It has a beautiful view that soothes your soul. The desserts are delicious. The hot chocolate was especially delicious. I've always liked boutique cafes like this more than larger ones.
