Wow. That was amazing. Food quality and portion sizes were huge.
Staff were superb and service was faultless.
Seafood chowder was top notch.
Roast beef dinner was tremendous, my daughter had the burger and she said it was delicious. The fish and chips was very good and the side of Moby dick.
All in all great value and wonderful quality.
What can I say about this excellent Bar and Restaurant, what a beautiful establishment it's quaint and modern at the same time . The menu is quite extensive with around 10 daily specials and also a menu with other types of food sambos , wraps , side ordered , starters etc .
We have been eating here for years. The food quality is always very high. Unfortunately, whilst the food prices have increased significantly over the past 2 years, the food portion size has dropped in size. The new side dishes for the veg are half the size of the old ones, so you are paying much more for less food. I would still recommend here, I just hope the portion sizes are reviewed, I don't mind paying more- but it has to be reflected on the plate.
The food was fantastic and very tasty, the portion size was perfect, you would be like a stuffed turkey coming out of there. It was the nicest beef dinner I've ever tasted the price was very good and the staff were very polite and came frequently to help out with anything I will definitely be coming back and I really recommend stopping in if your passing !😁😋
