Stayed nine nights. The hotel and staff were amazing! Shout out to Colin! I wish I knew the other names of the staff. A small complaint was our room was not air conditioned. We came during a heat wave. Infact we had no rain our entire stay. They did bring us up 2 fans to help us sleep at night! Thank you Maldron for making my 60th dream vacation the best!

Good location, but parking is difficult to access. Comfortable bedding, but no air conditioning. We had to sleep with the window open and there was a lot of noise from doors slamming and people talking loudly. No small essentials provided. Decent breakfast.

Excellent location.
If you want to have a good night sleep, request a room that doesn't have a connecting door to another bedroom as the noise travels from the other room.
My other work colleague was not in a connecting room and didn't have the same problem.
Bar staff lovely and helpful.
Wonderful experience for travelers, helpful staff and a great breakfast.

I and my family recently stayed at the Maldron Hotel Pearse Street unfortunately not for fun, but wanted to take a moment to recognise a member of your team named Colin.
Seeing Colin at breakfast is always a delight. He is consistently jolly, smiling, welcoming, and provides exceptional service. He always has a kind word for guests and creates such a warm and positive atmosphere in the morning.
With such treatment, this place is first on our list because of Colin and his service. Staff members like Colin are a real credit to your hotel chain, and I felt it was important to let you know how much his friendliness and professionalism are appreciated.
Please take good care of this gentleman β he is truly a gem.
Also a call out to the Manager Ryan, always very nice, helpful and speaks to guests and makes us feel welcome.
Both have excellent people skills. Unfortunately in today's society people are always running around busy, it's people like Colin and Ryan and their professionalism and care that get the return guests.
Check in and check out very smooth.
Rooms very spacious.
I previously contacted head office of these hotels as stayed at another one. Please get the same supplier as Premier Inn as your mattresses leave alot to be desired. Please, please update your mattresses.

Stayed one night to be close to the Board Gais theater (which is only a 5 min walk away.) We had room 310. Big comfy bed, safe, tea/coffee/kettle. Handwash & Shower gel/body wash in the bathroom. Very spacious room and lots of wardrobe space. Also an iron & board as well as a hair dryer.

Good location, nice design in the room, comfortable bed , huge bathroom, on the negative side , no smart TV or Netflix ,which is minimal for a 4 star hotel , breakfast only served from 8 oβclock, information that was not mentioned to us upon checking in or anywhere in the room, the asian/african receptionist at check in was odd .

We stayed for one night, with our 2 kids, following a day trip to the city.
Location is great, staff were lovely, room was nice and clean, beds were comfy, food was lovely
We all enjoyed our stay, no complaints π
