Absolutely brilliant hotel 5 mins from main town.food is gorgeous breakfast was the best I have seen loads to choose from.from the menu there's lots of different food to choose from and very good price wise.rooms the room have air conditioning and are spotless clean and rooms a big also .all staff are brilliant at there jobs from reception full of smiles to bar and waiting staff the hotel has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and all staff really go out of there way to make you feel very welcoming.would I return yesterday I would in fact I don't think you would find a more better hotel in Galway with that kind of staff. Well done to the managers it's that kind of training that makes a big difference.👍👍

Kayleigh from the bar was really lovely and helpful all the time we order something! It was a really pleasure to have her to be our waitress on the days we stayed.

Had to cancel with very late notice but was able to assist me. Very happy with excellent customer service. I will be re-booking for my next stay in Galway.

Thank you for an amazing weekend. The room was so perfect for myself, mum and the kids. Thank you for kindly leaving mum a beautiful birthday note with some delicious treats, she was chuffed! The restaurant was lovely for dinner. The breakfast was nice, just average to be honest. The staff are fantastic. That was our second time there, we will be back.

I stayed at the Maldon Hotel, Sandy Road, Galway on the 9/10th February and it was an absolute joy. The staff were friendly, attentive and nothing was a problem. Special praise must be given to Oisin for his professionalism and courtesy while I was making the booking. Top marks all around. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Galway City.

Great hotel. I found everything that I needed with ease. Aofie at the reception was lovely. She was extremely helpful and welcoming. Couldn't flaw her! A very pleasant person.

Enjoyed the stay, a little difficult getting the room to warm even though the directions were followed. Loved the fact that I had a seagull pecking on the window each morning as a (unscheduled ) wake up call. I guess previous guest had habituated him with snacks. Staff was friendly and courteous, had 1 breakfast and it was delightful. No issues with the parking lot, although the Skooda I was renting didn't like the closeness of the yellow wheel bumpers on the way up and down. Location was very convenient to walking to shops and downtown. Although it may be a cultural item difference, but there were no washcloths or any indication on the website advising to bring something to scrub with.
