04/03/2026: Woah - has to be said - the GM here is really on point. Incredible customer service ability. It may be that I'm not used to it in Europe/UK as much, but really impressive energy. Place is spotless also. Give this guy a raise, or risk losing him to high end hospitality ;) this guy's an asset. 3+4 March 2026
