15/10/2025: I am vegetarian and I am allergic to mushrooms and it was a mushroom fettucine on the menu for vegetarians so that was dissapointing for me. So i just had the soup. Everything else was lovely.
10/10/2025: Amazing food , service was great and they were able to make sure my meal was gluten free.

The duck was so tender and sauce was exceptional Absolutely gorgeous meal they had home grown artichoke soup on as special was divine trade marks of a very gifted and experienced chef also the service was of high quality everyone so pleasant and professional and special thanks to Ann for fitting us in without a booking again thanks to all for a lovely dining experience..

23/05/2026: Large group of us stopped off at The N17 Tuam Plaza en route home from Kerry to Donegal. Damien, Tim and all the staff were just superb. Brilliant customer service, fantastic atmosphere in the Supermacs and retail shop. Pizzas and Subs were as good as you'll get anywhere. We will be back again soon. Thanks to you all for a wonderful food experience.

20/11/2025: Service in this place is fantastic, quick and efficient even when exceptionally busy. Lovely friendly faces when you walk in, always met with a big smile and great humour. Food is also top notch, quickly becoming my regular spot for a quick lunch.
20/11/2025: We visited recently and unfortunately had an uncomfortable experience. When we asked about the pet policy (as we have a cat rather than a dog), the manager giggled, which made us feel quite uneasy. A simple, polite âno, sorryâ would have been completely fine â especially since we had checked in advance and the website indicated the place was pet-friendly.
After we posted our initial review, the manager approached us with the review in hand to ask if it was ours. While I understand this may have been an attempt to resolve the situation, the approach felt quite confrontational and ultimately made things worse. A more helpful way to address the issue would have been to ask how the service could be improved going forward.
Unfortunately, the food also wasnât very good, which added to our disappointment. Overall, the interaction left us feeling quite unsettled.
