Marble City Tea Rooms in Kilkenny

What a lovely find on our first trip to Kilkenny. The restaurant and bar were beautiful, service from Val was brilliant and the food was delightful particularly the chowder along with the Chilean Sauvignon.

I was there today for lunch on my break as i work in town and i had a chicken wings which were absolutely savage. Very tasty and messy as they were covered in nice BBQ sauce with bacon and crispy onions. Nice big portion as i took it as main course with chips and side salad. So overall great food super nice service and good atmosphere in the bar. Would recommend to anyone

I had the mixed berry granola & tea. Barely a full cup of tea from the tiny teapot, if the cup was a mug it would have filled up 3/4 of a mug, it's boiling water & a tea bag, the granola was below par. It lacked flavor unfortunately.

The breakfast was very tasty and staff were very nice. Will definitely be back!

We were in Killkenny for my hens and wanted a cuppa and some chats for a relaxing afternoon and we werent disappointed!. Such a beautiful tea room. Nice and cosy . When we arrived we were greeted by Vicky. She was so attentive and friendly! Thanks so much Vicky from the ladies from Dublin !!! ☕️🧁 .

Often eat here. Great spot for lunch on your own or in company.. sitting at the bar you can peruse the brilliant selection of whiskeys on offer. Tourists come here but the familiar face of Ray, and his team, means locals enjoy it too.

This was an excellent t experience overall. The food was great and came out fast. There was a problem with the bill that I didn't notice but the staff caught it and went out of their way to fix it. It was nice to have honest people around! Ill come back next time I'm in the area.

Stopped into Marble City Bar recently and was seriously impressed. The new breakfast menu is unreal — loads of choice, great portions, and everything tasted fresh and full of flavour. I had the full Irish, it was all spot on, My friend had the açai bowl it was so fresh a great addition to the new menu, and the coffee was really good too. The staff were so friendly and helpful, really made the whole experience even better. You can tell they actually care about the customers. Overall, it’s just a lovely spot — great food, great service, and a nice atmosphere. Definitely my new go-to for breakfast in town!
