Marble City Tea Rooms in Kilkenny

We were in Killkenny for my hens and wanted a cuppa and some chats for a relaxing afternoon and we werent disappointed!. Such a beautiful tea room. Nice and cosy . When we arrived we were greeted by Vicky. She was so attentive and friendly! Thanks so much Vicky from the ladies from Dublin !!! ☕️🧁 .

Often eat here. Great spot for lunch on your own or in company.. sitting at the bar you can peruse the brilliant selection of whiskeys on offer. Tourists come here but the familiar face of Ray, and his team, means locals enjoy it too.

This was an excellent t experience overall. The food was great and came out fast. There was a problem with the bill that I didn't notice but the staff caught it and went out of their way to fix it. It was nice to have honest people around! Ill come back next time I'm in the area.

Stopped into Marble City Bar recently and was seriously impressed. The new breakfast menu is unreal — loads of choice, great portions, and everything tasted fresh and full of flavour. I had the full Irish, it was all spot on, My friend had the açai bowl it was so fresh a great addition to the new menu, and the coffee was really good too. The staff were so friendly and helpful, really made the whole experience even better. You can tell they actually care about the customers. Overall, it’s just a lovely spot — great food, great service, and a nice atmosphere. Definitely my new go-to for breakfast in town!

The Seafood Chowder with bread was delicious.

Like a Swiss Clockmaker on Red Bull Every interaction was lovely, and offered with the enthusiasm of a caffeinated squirrel. Food is solid, cannot say it has ever even been vague. Straight forward bar food, delivered really well, and a lovely team to boot!

Food was wonderful, the staff were lovely and the restaurant background music was quiet enough to chat easily. I would highly recommend.

Toasted sandwich delicious. Club sandwich distasteful...had to buy mints after. Strong chemical smell from tea cups. Limerick waiter very welcoming top class. Female waitress abrupt without a hint of a smile.

A good restaurant with good value for money and good service. Two of us ate for €25 each and left feeling stuffed. The mussels with bacon are highly recommended.
