21/10/2024: Wow this is by far the best take away in the whole of Ireland I was blown away by the service and the food was just fantastic best chips I have tasted and the pizza was one of the best if not the best This take away deserves to be the best take away in ireland I will definitely be back in trim just to get my chips ❤

08/11/2024: Our first time in Flambe since the change of ownership and name. A big improvement! The place is much brighter, cleaner and the decor is great. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was really tasty and fresh. We had Diavolo pizza and fish and chips. Pizzas are Neapolitan style - really quality dough and fresh toppings. Try a bit of balsamic on it - lifts it levels! Some people commented that the crusts are burnt. It’s Neapolitan in a wood fire oven- they’re meant to be that way. Fish was really fresh, thin crispy batter cooked in clean oil. A really good addition to Trim, we will be back.
26/10/2024: Absolutely amazing pizza. Wish I had discovered it sooner.
