Marinas Grill in Galway

We arrived on bikes for one night. Enjoyable check in and good chat with Reception team. Walking distance to the pubs and club. Used the Leisure Centre for the recovery next AM. Breakfast was great. Will definitely go back.

Hotel bar, Coopers, isn’t great. Friendly enough but No Galway beer on tap. When I asked, the bartender had to check the taps to see!!?? Obviously not experienced staff. Hotel also pretty run down, but safe and clean. Staff good

Awesome hotel and great customer service; our rooms were excellent with a great view of the water. Spa services are superb and the gym and swimming pool excellent Will stay there again if we get back to this amazing city. Conveniently located to train and bus stations

We had an amazing stay at the Galmont! Initially, we booked a superior king room and I noted in the reservation that I was celebrating a graduation. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a better room with a view and the room had a delicious tray of treats to celebrate my graduation. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large and spacious, and the amenities were very updated (e.g., towel rack warmer, smart TV, etc). We loved the location as it was extremely close to the bus station and the train station (less than a 5 minute walk) while it was also tucked away on a street that was quiet. We wanted to be close enough to the tourist attractions without actually staying in the hustle and bustle of it all so we greatly appreciated our stay here. There was an issue with plumbing and the hotel apologized and upgraded our room again to a balcony. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We also went to the spa while we were staying here and it was the best massage we’ve ever had! Overall, this hotel stay was wonderful and we look forward to coming back next time we are on vacation!

Excellent hotel in an amazing location. We loved being just outside the city center where it was quiet at night, but close enough that we could walk to all of the action. The spa was a nice add on, and being able to safely park our car was awesome.

Nice lobby. Decent size room with comfortable bed. I question the cleanliness of the room. Saw hairs and blood drop on bathroom floor. Chair in the corner had hairs too. I just spread a big towel on the chair and put my luggage on it. Linen was clean but feels like cleaning folks forgot to vacuum the floor and chairs. Excellent breakfast in the morning. TV in the room didn’t work or I couldn’t figure out how to operate. Tried calling front desk 3-4 times and nobody answered so gave up. Overall decent stay and I would stay again as long as prices were reasonable.

Near the train station. Near the town shops, entertainment etc. I met some friends here. I have never stayed here, but the rooms were lovely. Food was lovely. Just a light lunch.

The bar staff in the Galmont and the entire bar system there is absolutely terrible at the Fleadh every year. Other than that, great fun! But would be great to sort that out cos it’s absolutely painful every year waiting twenty minutes for a drink when it’s not even busy. Please fix.
