Mary's Cottage Kitchen in Ballycastle

The lady was very friendly and also gave us a lot of directions about the area.

This morning I stopped by Mary’s Bakery and wow, what an experience! 😍 Breakfast was absolutely incredible: everything so fresh, flavorful, and made with love. The cozy atmosphere, the smell of coffee and warm pastries… it’s the kind of place you never want to leave. And the apple pie… 🍏🥧 😋simply out of this world! Soft, rich, and full of flavor, impossible to have just one slice. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again.

This was open despite Google saying it was temporarily closed - maybe it’s closed for sit down meals but it was certainly open for take away food. The sausage rolls were excellent as were the egg based muffins - a great place.

Incredible hospitality from Mary! Friends and I were glad we stopped by going outbound to Downpatrick Head. The food was so delicious that came back for seconds after our hike.

A lovely lady, she served us very kindly. We bought bread and she cut it for us, we also bought some cheese and herb brioches. It was all delicious. If you visit the area, stop by to buy.

Super liebe Dame, die mit viel Herzblut ihr kleines Café betreibt. Die Kleinigkeiten werden auf Wunsch sogar leicht erwärmt und sie kocht frischen Filterkaffee. Es liegt ihr sehr am Herzen, dass vegetarische und Fleischgebäcke getrennt liegen. Außerdem erklärt sie alles super. Sie ist so lieb und herzlich! Die Marmelade ist auch absolut zu empfehlen!
