We had lunch, I let my reading glasses in the car and said to my wife that I have to go to the car & get my glasses whereupon a staff member overheard me and within 30 seconds he had 10 reading glasses on the table for me to read the Menu. That's the kind of service you get at this restaurant. We had delicious mussels in white wine/carrot/onion for starter. I had Tagliatelle & prawns in a white sauce and my wife had fish & chips, side salad and mushy peas. We would give 5 out of 5 as both were gourmet meals. You get a lovely warm welcoming feeling on entering the restaurant, a great efficient service from any of the happy staff and gourmet food at a reasonable price in a very relaxing atmosphere.
Just keeps getting better. The next gen has taken up the reins, and they are doing a fab job. Food was fantastic, place still feels cosy even though it's grown.
Possibly the best fish I have had to date in Ireland, ever. Fresh fish cooked to perfection! Delicious!!!!!
We recently went to a branch of this restaurant in Dublin and loved it so tried our local one!!
The food was even better! Staff were fabulous and very efficient! We went on a Tuesday night so it was as expected a bit quiet!
I had the mussels to start which were spot on, lovely sauce! Followed by the Cod, green beans and a cherry tomato 🍅, boiled new potatoes! It was so perfectly cooked 10/10. My wife had the scampi and said the were even better than the Dublin ones! I raved all evening!! No room for dessert. Pictures to follow!
Favourite new place to eat!!!!!
AMAZING THANK YOU 🙏
Absolutely superb meal, we were a group of 6, out for a celebratory meal. Not a single negative, food beautifully presented and the flavours were just top class.
Staff efficient, and kind, lovely quiet old world atmosphere.
Had a superb meal with 4 family members who travelled from other parts of Ireland. I had the braised lamb with mash and gravy. It was Fantastic. My wife loved her Sirloin steak.
