Deli and counter staff are great. Manageress was rude to me when I tried to order a sandwich cos I didn't want to tie my dog outside in case he was stolen. Her attitude was awful. I know rules are rules but there is a nice way to carry them out.

I would especially like to highlight an employee named Vladyslav — very fast, attentive, and pleasant to interact with. It’s clear that he knows his job well: the service was quick, efficient, and delivered with a positive attitude. It was a pleasure to observe his work and the way he تعاملs with customers.
