03/01/2026: Last time we were in Flambé the menu was different. This time there was a very strong Italian influence to the menu but all the meat favourites were still there. We had the bruschetta and calamari for starters both were delicious and plentiful. For mains we had the aribiatta and the risotto with chicken. Both excellent. The aribiatta is spicy spicy but I like that. The cocktails were gorgeous very modern and up to date, all evening the cocktail shaker was going. Staff were excellent and it was busy but they were great. I highly recommend flambé David and Kabhir

01/01/2026: Went on New Year’s Eve and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Service was fantastic, food was lovely (mushroom pizza is great), and cocktails were tasty. In addition, the staff were attentive, friendly, and warm.
