McDermott's Pub hosted our group of ten for dinner after our wedding ceremony at the Cliffs of Moher. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful! They provided us with glasses of prosecco upon arrival, shots of Baileys, and even let us pour our own pints of Guinness behind the bar! Thanks so much for making our day so special! The best chicken curry ( half and half with rice and chips). My favourite pub in Doolin for music & food. Great local staff and the best atmosphere. All the food is delicious but I have to give the chicken curry a strong 10/10. Family owned and run too. Great Guinness, great selection of drinks and non alcoholic drinks also. If you like tea - ask Paudie for the biggest tea pot they have and you’ll get a nice surprise 😀 ( from Tara, the biggest tea drinker in all of Ireland)

Popped in on a Sunday for a quick bite. This was the poster you would expect to see as an advertisement for an Irish Pub complete with the fellah’s elbowed up to the bar enjoying their favorite brew(s). We had a bowl of Irish Stew to keep us going on a cold, wet and windy day at the Cliffs of Moher. We really enjoyed a glimpse at the local color.

During our 2 week vacation in Ireland, we dined in many great Irish pubs, but none better than McDermott's. The place is small, warm and cozy. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a nice lunch and some cocktails during a busy sightseeing day in the area. Stop in to McDermott's and you will not be disappointed!

Visiting from the US … Cliffs of Mohr was the reason we came … but McDermott’s Pub is the reason we’d come back !!

We come here for the music every time we come to Doolin. This is a nice and cozy traditional Irish pub. In addition to great music, you will also find good food and beer.
