Came here for classic fish and chips. It was ready very fast and was delicious. The person who served us was kind enough to bring us an extra plate without us having to ask, as we were sharing.

Went there to try the traditional fish and chips. Food was hot but chips didn’t seem so great. Curry sauce and tartar sauce were both decent. Overall, an average meal.

McDonald's is one of the few fish and chips shops in Galway. The portions are large ( especially chips) while fish is battered not crumbed. It didn't seem too special. A meal like that was around 14 euro. The atmosphere is loud and the workers are just doing their job.

Cillian Murphy called it... This is a must visit in Galway! Variety, quality, quantity. Murphy's was an awesome choice! We would go back in a heartbeat!

11/11/2025: Had accident in car park whilst exiting my car resulting in badly cut wrist. On entering the restaurant they dressed my wrist and made me comfortable. Only having one hand they assisted me in eating my meal. Exerlant service.
