McDonald's in Limerick

Ordered burgers PLAIN ( no trimmings) drove home (25 mins) to 2 hungry teens looking forward to food to find burgers with All the trimmings on burgers. Disaster

Great customer service. Order always, but always correct. Big shout out to the lady wearing glasses, her name starts with M. She is bringing faith in humanity back.

I’m in a Wheel chair and they didn’t open the sliding dors for me 😢Got 10 pack nuggets and chippies Nice and hot fresh off the grill 👍. Got 9 nuggets and a bad leg now Out in the rain can’t open the dor by myself Thanks a lot

We had a lovely experience here with Jayson, he was so friendly and helpful. Food was great and place was so clean.

This is one of the best McDonalds experiences I have ever had. The restaurant was fairly busy today but this did not stop the manager (who I believe to be named Jayson) from greeting each and every guest, keeping a smile on his face and always giving a helping hand throughout the entire dining experience. On top of this the establishment was extremely clean. The tables and floors were shining and there was not a speck of grease in sight, typical of the average McDonald’s. The bathrooms were especially clean also. I was extremely impressed with this McDonald’s chain and hope that other McDonald’s in Ireland can look up to and be inspired to get better by Jayson and his team. Keep up the good work .

All I have to say about this experience is wow. I am thoroughly impressed with Castletroy McDonalds, and particularly with who I believe is the manager, Jayson. In this McDonalds we were treated like royalty by Jayson and all other staff. He behaved like we were in a 5 star restraunt, delivering our food gracefully with a big smile on his face, and chatting to all customers like we were family. He noticed my cousin was a big fan of ketchup, and when she halted to eat her meal when she noticed there was no ketchup with her feast, Jayson immediately ran over and handed us a years supply of red sauce! Also a side note the restraunt was so clean, nicer than any other restraunt i’ve ever been to. He greeted people at the door with a jolly laugh and grin. He also assisted families with the ordering machines, and happily smiled along as people ordered their cuisine. Overall i think everyone should be more like Jayson and he really inspired me and my group! Keep up the good work Jayson!
