Stopped by McDonald's in Castletroy, Limerick and had a really good experience overall. We had iconic double beef burger called Big Arch and it was genuinely great, fresh, tasty, and well put together. The drinks were also spot on. It does get quite busy at times, but the staff are clearly working hard and keeping things moving as efficiently as possible. Fresh produce and quick turnaround despite the crowd. Free car parking is a definite plus as well.

I ordered food in the drive through and went back when there was a small problem with my order. I didn’t get her name unfortunately but the girl organising the sauces who served me at 7:55pm on the 21/03 was absolutely fantastic. Made my day !

Good experience overall, exactly what you would expect from a McDonald’s. The food was fresh, service was quick, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Everything was well organised and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. It’s always a reliable place when you’re looking for something quick and familiar to eat. No complaints really — consistent quality and service, just as you’d expect from McDonald’s. Would return for sure.

I would recommend the big arch and the caramel frappe as they were really good. Food was great, service was fast despite it being very busy and ice cream machine was working.

The staff here are great, it is clean but it could be a little bit cleaner. There was one member of staff who was truly amazing and did keep the restaurant clean to the best of his ability

05/04/2026: From France came to Limerick for the Easter week-end, went to this fine local cuisine restaurant after a beer tasting that went for too long than initially scheduled with our local cousins. The service and food quality was perfect and delighted us although the place was packed and clients particular and not easy to cope with. Did the job and we had a convivial meal in family. Would advice to avoid going there between 3 and 4 am, busy time. We advice the fried chicken menu with the gravy sauce, not many vegetables but a must do. The seating goes with a wonderful view of the town. In order to improve the experience, the security team could be less tensed, thinking about our friend Bubble 💙🐔Keep the good work, you are the symbol of the local gastronomy. Cheers, looking forward to our next stop here, not too early though. Merci beaucoup and bravo ! À bientôt maybe in a mouth
