McDonald's in Dublin

disabled toilet ground floor is unhygienic. no toilet seat or toilet roll urine on floor. sheet on wall saying it wasn't checked for 28 hours. raised concern with staff and response was "im not a cleaner " Every morning security are asleep in store. A lot of homeless and junkies sleep in the store. This morning a junkie was arguing with staff while security just sat there on their phones. Customers left as they seem uncomfortable with the argument. Food and rubbish all over the place Cameras in the toilets Slowest McDonald’s ever

A nice McDonald's. It's cheaper than in France. McDonald's is always convenient, and this one is spacious and well-organized.

I come here frequently for McDonalds. I have found the music ok as an Autistic person who is noise sensitive. Im sitting in my usual seat and the music is horrendous. Its too loud. I come here to get food and relax for a few minutes. Not need to wear noise cancelling headphones that cant fully block out the noise. Ive never heard it as loud and you used to have a better choice of music. Also questioning if I was given the wrong nuggets but all I want to do is leave because of the noise.

The biggest and busiest McDonald's I've ever been in. Staff were excellent considering how many customers were in. Cleanliness was great too

I always make a point of stopping at McDonald’s on Grafton Street whenever I’m in the area, and a big reason is Maggie. She is always so kind, welcoming and respectful, and she is especially lovely with children. It’s not just once or twice — every time we visit, she makes us feel genuinely welcome. She’s a real credit to the team! ❤️
