McDonald's in Tullamore

Brilliant customer service. Paul is amazing at every aspect of his job. He is always happy to greet every customer. In the several times I've been in this Mcdonalds it has always been a good experience.

Dined here today and was greeted by a lovely man named Paul I think!, he had glasses and a beard. So polite and funny and friendly and made my whole dining experience better

Maybe this restaurant needs more staff because the waiting time is quite long

Ordered a drive thru but order wasn't correct. Had kids with me and couldn't return to the store. Didn't seem organised enough for the amount of cars waiting to be served

Our local mcdonalds, so we would visit regularly, the staff are polite and easy to speak to. But their portion sizes have become terrible, I work with food so I know portion size is key but when I order large meals I expect for my order to be a large, the last 4 times I have been there I have gotten small to medium size chips in my order and my drinks have also fallen below the mark at times, there need to be refresher training completed again amongst staff because its very disappointing when you get in the door to find your order isn't up to standard. I know personally as I said with working with food that portion control is key but when a customer isn't getting what they are paying for it becomes very frustrating so please refresh all your staff on portion sizes, etc. Since the new refurb done in mcdonalds has been done the inside has become smaller. Less seating too ecspecially when it is busy its a nightmare to order because people are standing everywhere waiting to collect there orders so you dont know whos in line and who is not. The toilets have gotten smaller which is a nightmare if your waiting for the toilet with small children. As the door to the ladies toilet opens back in on one of the toilet doors and there is no room to get in to use the toilet when someone is trying to get out and Someone else is washing their hands. They layout should have been giving more consideration before jumping in.

Pleasant and popular McDonald's and Drive Thru. Food was tasty. The service was good.
