McDonald's in Shannon legal town

"The McRib is back!" I had to try this near legendary menu item!!! It was not good, I'd even say it was bad!! It was not helped by being served in possibly one of the most depressing McDonald's in the country. The staff were nice, and the service was quick, but I'd give this a skip in the future.

Went in for breakfast. My daughter ordered pancakes, a McDonald's speciality. They had no syrup or butter but didn't mention it when they handed it over. She went to the counter as she thought they'd missed it out and they had none at all. What was the point? If she'd known she'd have ordered something else. Who eats dry pancakes? Disappointed.

McDonald's Shannon always very efficient and well organised.

It's just a McDonald's nothing that special about it.

Ordered in the drive through and ordered a milkshake with the order. Asked to wait out front for the milkshake, left waiting in the heat for the best part of twenty minutes, until I went in and asked for it.

Could have cleaner serving slaves.

Went to redeem my free Big Mac. The chocolate milkshake was good as usual. The staff were friendly as usual. The restaurant was clean.

McDonald's is a classic and the one in Shannon Co.Clare is a perfect example of an iconic burger chain from the States.

As an American, going through the drive thru the other way was fun. Enjoyed the food.
