Have only had positive experiences with the lovely staff here! A few weeks ago, I didn’t receive part of my order and when I went back in I was given what was missing and extra to make up for it- a small gesture but it meant a lot! Only recently I went in (keep in mind it was completely out the door because it’s Christmas time) and was waiting at the till for a little while without getting looked after (again it was so busy). A lovely man working there noticed me, took my order and gave it to me straight away ahead of everyone else waiting. It was so lovely and fresh and he gave me a large drink instead of a medium!! Again, I know it’s a small thing to do that he probably wouldn’t even remember but his kind gesture made such a difference! 10/10, such lovely staff- well done!!
