Check your plain cheese toastie you ordered with cheese only, hasn't got ham on it. Got caught out again last week, only discovering it when I got home :(. (3rd time in 2025) Can't fault anything else.

My experience started bad but luckily Rory O'byrne came by to help. I was using one of the machines and it stopped working once I needed to pay. Rory immediately noticed and helped me with the issue. He assured me it was okay and payment can be made at the desk and showed me where and how to pay. Absolutely amazing customer service by Rory and im very grateful of his help and this makes me more happy to buy from McDonald's again. Thank you!
