McDonald's in Cork

Not 24hrs as stated. Went here 0400 on Patrick's Day after work and it was closed. Car park was full of people with the same idea but the restaurant was closed. I used to enjoy a triple cheeseburger from the drive thru after the night shift, Unfortunately they don't sell them anymore so I won't be returning as a double isn't quite the same.

Quality taste.. bit busy though...

Food is decent. Service needs some work. Missing items from my order

This one is a bit different. They don't seem to take orders at the front and you have to use the germy touch screens to order from. If they did take orders in person they did not make it obvious. They heven had a sign above the service window in really big letters that said something like "pick up"or to that effect. The other thing was that I wanted a hot drink. It was freezing temps outside and I had been walking for a few minutes, I pretty much dove inside to warm up and had it in mind that I could get a hot chocolate maybe. But the human-less interaction of the screen gave me no such options. I had to get an ice cold drink with my meal. It felt very cold and inhuman and there was no opportunity to say..."hey could I swap the cold drink in the meal for a hot one?" I've worked in retail and I judge stores by their service quite heavily....what service did I get here? Someone called a number and someone said thank you when I returned my tray. That's it. The less human these fast food places get, the less I go in. I guess that's better for my health.

Very poor tbh. Asked for the bar-b-que sauce that was ordered and paid for to be told " we don't do that sort of thing " ???? Given 1, for 4 people ??? The guy wasn't very pleasant. Hunted out of the place then. Just not a very nice experience. Wouldn't be bother going back. We made a big effort to call there, but there are plenty of other besides Douglas McD's

Great facilities and excellent staff, Food is always great and a pleasure to visit. Spotlessly clean

EDIT: Updating this 3 years later after the renovation. Visited Nov. 22nd and the place is so much better. Food, service and ambience were perfect. Long may it last We usually have a good food experience here, but today for some reason all of our cheeseburgers were caked in large amounts of salt and pepper. My 8 year old couldn't eat hers at all. I would've gone back to complain but we left as soon as we had our take away food and ate it elsewhere. If it happens again I'll mention it to staff.

Super McDonalds, well managed, always get the orders right, food always hot. Can’t say the same for Killarney & Tralee McD

I always like McDonald’s. I usually eat the Filet-O-Fish, as they don’t have halal chicken. I also like their fries. I enjoy Egg McMuffins and hash browns for breakfast. They have good ice creams too, my favorite is the McFlurry. 😍
