Great facilities and excellent staff, Food is always great and a pleasure to visit. Spotlessly clean

Went here 11:45 am car park was full, but not many people in the restaurant. This tells me people are using the parking lot to park and go elsewhere. Great Big Mac meal I had.

The food was good overall, but the service could be improved. My order was mixed up a few times and was forgotten at one point, which made the wait longer than expected. I also noticed another customer who had been waiting around 30 minutes for his order. Even though I arrived after him, I received my food first while he was still waiting. Hopefully the restaurant can improve its organisation and speed of service, as the food itself was enjoyable.

Update June 2026. Love the new upgrade. Floor staff are now looking after the recycling. It's currently being kept very clean. Hopefully this will last. Plenty parking The drive through is usually busy. If there is a drive-through queue it's faster to go in and order on the self-service booth. Why do I keep being asked for repeat reviews ? Anyway this one is one of the better franchises in the city. It's probably the tidiest

I visited this place yesterday with my friends at around 12 noon. I had to change my drink and the manager who was working there Mr Mahesh immediately changed my drink for me. He was very kind and polite. He listened politely to my request and resolved my issue. I would like to recommend this place because of their great service and honesty. Highly recommended!!!
