To the girl working there today at about 5pm that saw me with 4 kids and gave us the best service I've ever gotten at a McDonald's restaurant. My little girl couldn't stop telling people how nice you were. I saw you do the same for the girl behind me also with 4 kids. Really hope your kindness is recognised by your employers. You made my girls day. Thanks so much from a stressed out father. πŸ’™

Delighted to say Phibsborough has turned a corner - burgers and fries being served piping hot by a more engaged team. Cleaning seems constant and a few little positional changes of furnishing has improved the atmosphere - πŸ‘Œand fair play!

Services are good here. The staff can communicate in English so if you're not Irish you wouldn't have difficulty communicating with them when you need assistance. It's at the center of town which is quite handy.

I was let use toilet and food very nice and hot and a beautiful girl named nikkita looked after me and my home help fella man dave she is 110 perfect lovely smile very kind and very ikhelpful needs 2 get recognised and praised for her kindness. Brilliant will be back 8 euro meal Brilliant value and with nikkita there

Store was just so so. Needs improvement on the cleanliness as the turnover of customers is quite quick, cleanliness needs to be maintained.

16/04/2025: Little busy place, but maybe bacause I was after 12.30 so lunch time is busy anywhere in Dublin. Food was fresh and hope my burger was not waiting for me from 11am πŸ˜…
15/04/2025: Mcdonald's is McDonald's. It's ironic that our first meal here in Ireland was at an American restaurant. It's okay and we knew what we were getting.

05/05/2025: The service is good, alongside the touch-screen thingybob. But the food is pretty mediocre, the chips aren't given out in generous amounts, sometimes a bit hard, the battered sausage was a bit flaccid, the cheese on the cheese and chips tasted like something straight out of a Chinese factory and the battered burger was really greasy. I would also consider it a bit expensive compared to most chippers, but that could be a Dublin thing. A positive is their fish and chips, their battered cod is always nice, and the stuff is always edible. I have been going inconsistently for over 9 years, and have never gotten anything terrible, I would just like it to be a bit cheaper.
