Nice bar in town and also perhaps the largest. They have a nice beer garden in the rear. Place serves fantastic Guinness and mulled wine. Gets crowded and lively real quick on some days. There is live music from time to time.

The only place in Newbridge with a proper beer garden, screens outside for sports, good atmosphere for younger people outside and nice inside also.

Went for a pint here with a friend and would definitely recommend McDonnells for a few pints. The pub has a lovely atmosphere and has an amazing beer garden. Really cool and relaxing feel. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Also very important to support local businesses.

That was a great visit. A nice local bar. The place is maintained well. It gets busy and crowded usually however there are enough seats. They also have an outdoor sitting area with music. The music is played with moderate sound, not loud not quite. The staffs are very friendly. It is just near the main road.
