McGann's Pub in

Visiting Doolin in the very quiet month of January, McGanns was one of the few places open serving food. We went for lunch after a brisk cliff walk and loved the seafood chowder and vegetable soup. The Guiness and Irish coffee was great too. Service was friendly welcoming and efficient, and the fire burning was warm and cosy.

Food was amazing and service was great! Nice decorations inside and there is free parking out back.

A superb, typical pub with live music almost every time we've been. Wonderful traditions of hospitality. Very friendly and attentive service. The quality is excellent, and for Bretons, I highly recommend the mussels in a whisky cream sauce (children can absolutely enjoy it). It's original and delicious. A sure bet after walks along the cliffs.

We were brought here following our group tour to the Cliffs of Moher. Here, I had the most magnificent beef stew I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend it enough, the place was lovely and the staff were great, the food was fantastic! Get the beef stew. I even came with a tour a precious year and my friend and I had some and ordered some to go.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing evening at McGann’s Pub in Doolin! 🍻 From the moment we arrived, the service was incredible – we were seated and served straight away. 🙌 The food was absolutely delicious 😋 and very reasonably priced 💶. A huge thank you to the staff – one of our guests lost her ring 💍, and a few hours later they called to say they had found it. Such honesty and kindness – it really made the night even more memorable. ❤️ Highly recommend McGann’s for anyone visiting Doolin – great food, warm atmosphere, and top-notch service! ✨

Great pub with excellent non-fried fresh offerings. We were only in Doolin for two days/nights and ended up eating here on both nights. Although they have some of the more traditional pub fare, they also have excellent bistro-esque fare like pear/brie salad ( a must order) and fresh sautéed fish and veggies. I want to give a big commendation to their young host, Uri (I think that was his name). I used to work in restaurant service years ago and this young man is a treasure for any employer. My friend that was traveling with me has a speech disorder caused by Parkinson’s. Despite having a very busy house on both nights, Uri was especially kind and accommodating towards her without being condescending.
