A very good experience. There was a bit of a queue at the entrance, but a server managed the waiting list very efficiently. We waited about twenty minutes before being seated. The food arrived very quickly, and the traditional music started around 9:00 PM. Great atmosphere and good food. The pub is full of eclectic decorations.

A proper pub. We stopped here for a very late lunch on a day tour with the Galway Tour Company. They seated us with other people so the entire bus could fit, and it turned out to be an interesting addition to the trip getting to interact with other tourists. Food was pretty good, and prices were reasonable. Service was very fast!

We popped in on the way back home from the ferry after a trip to Inis mor. We were greated at the door and showed to our seats. The food was exceptional. The Seafood Chowder is spot on. All the food looked well prepared. This is definitely the place to go if you want some great food and service. Thank you and we will definitely call in again on our next trip. Eric.

06/06/2026: Loved our stay here so much we extended it. So relaxing from the moment we arrived. Staff are all excellent warm, attentive but always understated. You feel very well looked after but you are always given space. Everything is spotless, decor is beautiful...a lot of thought and care has gone into it. A relaxing inviting lounge area, a big turf fire, eclectic mix of artwork, and interesting ornaments. A beautiful dining area with views over the sea, and a delicious dinner menu made for the most romantic memorable meal. Our dog was welcomed and we were never made to feel it was an inconvenience. Similarly the place is not overrun by pets and wouldn't disturb others. Can't wait to to go back ...thank you to you all
06/06/2026: Thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay, rooms were fantastic, staff extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, food was 10/10 especially the seafood. Highly recommend and will be staying again. Looking forward to it.

26/08/2026: This is such a nice, family friendly place to go for a meal. Service is quick and the staff very efficient and friendly. The food is amazing, it never disappoints. It’s great to have a place like this in our locality.
26/08/2026: Dropped in for lunch, plenty of choice on the menu, food was very tasty and portions ample. Service friendly and helpful. Price was very affordable. Will definitely call here again.
