McLaughlins Bar in Sligo

02/02/2025: Best restaurant in Sligo. Our favourite. You'll not be disappointed.

08/01/2025: There were 5 of us. My wife and I had been here before. The food was very French as you might suspect from the name. It was also excellent for everybody as it had been on my previous visit. Portions were larger than I expected. They don’t serve beers etc. The wine list was huge - all French - and the pricing meant that we got a very nice wine at a reasonable cost. Service was excellent and the ambiance was good. It’s a small place so on that windy night it was a little crafty when customers were going in and out. Parking exists outside the door. Highly recommended
