10/03/2026: I go in every Sunday for a hot chocolate and I must say it's a fantastic pub staff are very friendly and service is great what is great is the mill behind the counter it's really very well done I haven't had a meal there yet but I will it's always lovely and clean and a pleasure to go into Hugo quilty

08/03/2026: We had a fantastic family lunch at The Old Mill in Tallaght today. The roast beef with potatoes and vegetables was delicious and the portions were very generous. Our boys had chicken tenders and chips which they loved, and the desserts (ice cream and chocolate brownie) were excellent. The service was outstanding, the staff were smiling, friendly and kept checking if we needed anything. They also seated us in a slightly dimmer, quieter area which worked perfectly for our autistic son. He stayed calm and comfortable the entire time which meant a lot to us as a family. Great food, great staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back, this might become our regular Sunday restaurant.
