Meltd in Galway

Loved the outdoor seating, food was delicious. The menu is simple, in the best way, just a few things to choose from and they are all very nice. The service was great, staff were lovely. There was a nice buzz about the place with good weather.

Meltd is a cute, laid-back spot – perfect for a quick lunch or a tasty snack. The outdoor seating is a nice touch: if you’re lucky with the weather, it’s great to enjoy your food in the sun. The toast I had was super cheesy, with perfectly toasted bread and a rich filling of pulled chicken and melted cheese – simple but really satisfying. Ideal if you’re into comfort food and want something quick yet flavorful. If you’re around Galway and craving a tasty bite in a relaxed setting, Meltd is a solid choice!

Staff seem quite unenthusiastic, walked in and received no reply when I greeted them and asked how they were, they barely looked at me. Feel like I’m an inconvenience to them. Food was not as nice as it used to be.

honey buffalo toastie, caramel cookie, and strawberry matcha were all 10/10. SO fire. and the music playing was incredible. we will be returning.

Gluten Free Bread is available! We ordered the Goat and The Honey Buffalo. I recommend!!

Food was good, prices are a little high for sandwiches, and a cookie is €5.50? Also got the order wrong, asked for a specific sandwich with the option of adding meat but when we got home no meat, quality of the food is top notch otherwise, would try again all being said.

Ordered the mozzarelli and wowsas, easily the best sandwich I’ve ever had! Such a delicious lunch find, perfect for grabbing on the go. My sister ordered the notorious pig which was equally as good. Thanks to the friendly staff for the recommendations. Make sure you get the shambo sauce with your order, it’s a game changer 🤤 Will be back when next in Galway, thanks Meltd!

I was in Galway last Saturday for a stag. I was walking around the city with my cousin looking for a place to get a fantastic sandwich. Melted was recommended to us. So we tried it and boy oh boy was it good 👍. I had the Philly Beef sandwich 🥪 and it was delicious 😋. I would highly recommend this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful with choosing a sandwich 🥪. I'll be back definitely

Had problems with my teeth so got the employee’s recommendation on what was soft enough to eat. Thanks to her. Croissant was delicious.
