By far the best food in town, the staff are genuine, friendly and great people. Can't recommend this place enough.

Amazing toastie got the Philly beef one was very nice but of a wait for it to come and the seating outside isn't the best but the food itself was delicious would recommend if you want something a bit naughty

The staff was lovely and had good recommendations. Me and my boyfriend went there and it was so lovely and filling. Great Nutella and velvet cookies. Would definitely go back again!

The sandwiches are really nice, I always take the ones with cheeses as I only eat halal meat. I wish they could offer halal chicken that would be amazing!

Tucked away in the center of Eyre Square, this cozy sandwich place may have a limited menu, but it delivers on flavor. On a friend’s recommendation, I tried the Mozrati (vegetarian) and Honey Chicken sandwich, while my friend opted for the Teriyaki Tofu. Each sandwich was hearty and packed with taste—the Teriyaki Tofu especially stood out for its balance of flavors. At €10 per portion, the price is on the higher side, but the serving is quite filling. For someone with a regular appetite, one sandwich is more than enough, and for me, even half was satisfying for brunch. What I also loved is that every sandwich comes with a dip of your choice; we went with chipotle and herb mayo, both of which paired beautifully.

Loved the outdoor seating, food was delicious. The menu is simple, in the best way, just a few things to choose from and they are all very nice. The service was great, staff were lovely. There was a nice buzz about the place with good weather.

Meltd is a cute, laid-back spot – perfect for a quick lunch or a tasty snack. The outdoor seating is a nice touch: if you’re lucky with the weather, it’s great to enjoy your food in the sun. The toast I had was super cheesy, with perfectly toasted bread and a rich filling of pulled chicken and melted cheese – simple but really satisfying. Ideal if you’re into comfort food and want something quick yet flavorful. If you’re around Galway and craving a tasty bite in a relaxed setting, Meltd is a solid choice!

Staff seem quite unenthusiastic, walked in and received no reply when I greeted them and asked how they were, they barely looked at me. Feel like I’m an inconvenience to them. Food was not as nice as it used to be.

honey buffalo toastie, caramel cookie, and strawberry matcha were all 10/10. SO fire. and the music playing was incredible. we will be returning.
